I love radio.  Long before cell phones, the internet, and Facebook, radio was my connection to the world. Especially when I was dragged from Chicago to Tennessee as a kid. My father was transferred down here with his job.

WLS in Chicago came in loud and clear at night out here in the woods. John “Records” Landecker kept me connected to the music and the world. I wanted to be that guy on the radio.

I do have a cool smartphone now, but I’m not on Facebook. I really don’t care to see what you had for supper, OR READING YOUR COMMENTS IN ALL CAPS. SEEMS LIKE YOU ARE SHOUTING AT ME AND WHO NEEDS THAT!!!!
